Doug offers more than two decades of knowledge and experience in the housing and real estate industries to the DWELL513 Team. His expertise in negotiating and direct style of communicating help set him apart from others in the industry, resulting in the accumulation of many accolades. Prior to a career as a Realtor, Doug was a home builder and renovator, specializing in rehabilitating historic homes around the Queen City. His keen eye for detail and ability to visualize possibility allow Doug to aid in every step of the home buying or selling process. He is a lifelong Cincinnatian and currently resides in the Historic Prospect Hill Neighborhood. 

Partnering with Doug in 2012 and assisting with the growth and management of the team, Becky has been a vital component of DWELL513. She is a total badass who manages all of our listings, pending sales, and daily communications. Becoming a licensed Realtor in 2003, Becky has a passion for this industry and a drive to help our clients accomplish a successful move. Away from the office, she is an avid equestrian, spending numerous hours in the saddle with her horse. Becky lives on the east side of the 5-1-3 in Pierce Township with her husband Mike, mother-in-law Ann, their 105 lb. adopted foxhound Dexter, and her horses Wilden and Percy. 

DWELL513 proudly introduces Lynley Dunham, our newest team member, but not new to the industry. With a rich background in real estate—having navigated eight personal transactions—Lynley brings invaluable expertise to our team.  Beyond real estate, she holds a Master’s in public history, reflecting her dedication to preserving the region's heritage. Anderson Township is the neighborhood she calls home with her husband, two sons, and three cherished fur-babies. Actively participating in the local east side community, she immerses herself in various activities, including hiking, tennis, pickleball, kayaking, quilting, and dedicating her time to volunteer work with historical organizations. Her passion for the Queen City communities makes her a valuable asset to DWELL513, merging professional prowess with a genuine love for the community she serves.
