Doug offers more than two decades of knowledge and experience in the housing and real estate industries to the DWELL513 Team. His expertise in negotiating and direct style of communicating help set him apart from others in the industry, resulting in the accumulation of many accolades. Prior to a career as a Realtor, Doug was a home builder and renovator, specializing in rehabilitating historic homes around the Queen City. His keen eye for detail and ability to visualize possibility allow Doug to aid in every step of the home buying or selling process. He is a lifelong Cincinnatian and currently resides in the Historic Prospect Hill Neighborhood. 

Our buyer's agent, Erika Hall, is our newest edition to the DWELL513 team. As an Ohio licensee, Erika has familiarized herself with the tri-state area. Her understanding of the home buying process strengthened tremendously after purchasing her own home in Bellevue, right over the river. Not only has Erika been through the process, she is educated on the exact steps her clients are going through. No stranger to teamwork and drive, Erika has over 20 years of playing competitive soccer under her belt, finally retiring at the collegiate level. During her free time, Erika enjoys spending time with her family, or jogging along the river with her labradoodle. Her combined interests of residential real estate, and hard work create the perfect candidate for helping homebuyers find the perfect property.
