Partnering with Doug in 2012 and assisting with the growth and management of the DWELL513 team, Becky has been a vital cog for our team by managing all of our listings, pending sales, and communications across the board. Becoming a licensed Realtor in 2003, Becky has a passion for this industry and its wild ups and down at times, but it really shines through in her drive to help our clients accomplish a successful move. Not all clients get to meet her as she is mostly working behind the scenes, communicating via email, text, or phone, being always accessible and happy to help. Away from the day to day of office life, she is an avid equestrian spending numerous hours in the saddle with her horse Wilden that resides in Indian Hill. Becky, husband Mike Kimmerly, and 90lb adopted foxhound, Dexter live on the east side of the 5-1-3 in Milford, OH, her hometown

Julia believes that life should be spent connecting with others. Her passion for communities and the people in them has fueled her interest in urban planning and design. She says that cities should be visually pleasing, but most of all, every person deserves to love where they live. The first way that people connect with their new home is through the look or feel of it, whether that be seeing it in person, or online. At DWELL513, Julia strives to establish a creative and engaging online presence so people are able to access and love their new place through a user-friendly platform. In her free time, she is out and about in the community, and you will probably run into her pretty often! She can make a mean cup of coffee, and she is a huge movie fanatic. She currently resides in Covington and is obtaining her Master's degree in Urban Design.
