That’s our specialty, we like to tell the story behind your home, bringing it, the community, and the surrounding area to life within our marketing.  We focus on the nitty-gritty details of why you fell in love with this dwelling, from the community, local establishments, commute times, to the finishes, and features that make it stand out among the others.  We use THE best professional photographers to match your home’s needs from still images, interactive walk-through tours, to aerial views of your house and the neighborhood.

 

How to get started, invite us out for a quick walk-through of your home and we will make suggestions for staging, removing personal items, and if you do or do not need to make any repairs before hitting the market.

 

Once ready for photos we schedule one of our photographers to come through with us present. We like to remove items from counters, large rugs that might hide the beautiful flooring, and sometimes move a piece of furniture that could make your room look just a bit larger online showing your home and not your belongings.

 

Marketing prep has already begun in our office regarding your community and now it’s time to put it all together. We begin highlighting the intimate details about your home in each image to paint the real story of the amenities, mechanics, and location. We like to point out what you can’t always see in a photo or online tour, are there smart appliances, heated floors, soft-close cabinetry, to name just a few.   How long does this take? From photos to MLS, two to five days depending on your needs.
